Guests today expect Bancontact, not a bank transfer that keeps you waiting three days. BedFlow puts a payment link on every invoice and deposit request: the guest pays by Bancontact, card or another local method, and the payment is automatically reconciled against the right invoice in your bookkeeping. No more matching bank statements by hand.
Bancontact, card and other local methods — the payment methods your Belgian guests actually use.
Every invoice and deposit gets a payment link — the guest clicks, pays and is done, without copying an account number.
No Stripe or Mollie? The payment page then automatically shows guests clear transfer instructions with your IBAN and the booking reference — ideal for private rentals.
Cancel a booking that has already been paid and you can refund the guest in the same window, for the amount your cancellation policy allows. If the guest paid through Stripe or Mollie, the payment provider sends the money back. For Bancontact or a bank transfer, the guest enters their own IBAN and BedFlow checks it for typos; you make the transfer and click "Mark as transferred". If you use Yuki, the refund is matched there against the original payment, so your balances add up.
Incoming payments are automatically reconciled against the right invoice — your books stay correct on their own.
Payments run through a PCI-compliant, EU-hosted provider — card data never touches your own system.
