Airbnb is one of the 130 booking channels BedFlow reaches through the Channex channel manager. Your availability, rates and restrictions go to Airbnb in real time; every booking, change or cancellation lands automatically in your BedFlow calendar — no double bookings, no retyping.
Your availability, rates and minimum stay go from BedFlow in real time to Airbnb and all your other channels. A booking on one channel closes the room everywhere — no double bookings.
Every booking, change and cancellation from Airbnb is in your BedFlow calendar within the minute, with guest details, price and channel. The confirmation email and the rest of your guest communication go out automatically.
BedFlow records the channel and commission for every booking. In your statistics you see how much revenue Airbnb brings, what you pay for it and whether that guest spends more or less than a direct booker.
You can do all of this yourself, no technical knowledge needed. If you get stuck, support@bedflow.eu helps — included in every plan.
You have an active Airbnb host account with at least one published listing. Keep your login and your two-step verification at hand. Commission and terms are agreed with Airbnb.
Go to Settings → Integrations, open the Airbnb tile and click Connect with Airbnb. You log in to Airbnb and give permission; then you come back to BedFlow automatically. No ID or password to copy over.
On the Link listings screen you see all your Airbnb listings and whether they are published. Link each listing to the right BedFlow room; Airbnb usually confirms within half a minute. BedFlow warns you if something is off, for example two listings on one room.
Click Activate channel. BedFlow checks that everything is ready, switches the channel on and loads the existing future reservations of your linked listings. From then on prices and availability go to Airbnb by themselves.
